Martin, I don't know if it would be considered cheating in the first place. I think some people on his forum only eats 3-4 times a day. My friend has a membership there and that's what she told me.

Why don´t you start a group at facebook and tell everybody about the diet 8h/16h ? I have tested it for a month now and i think it will be a part of the rest of my life!!
