I'm happy to announce that Andreaz Engström won the -70 kg class at the Nordic Bodybuilding Championships in Trondheim, Norway, today.
The competition pits competitors from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania against each other.
Third time's a charm, as the saying goes, and this has been an exciting journey for us both. Drawing upon experiences from his first two competitions, I managed to nail the final two weeks perfectly this time around. In combination with his flawless compliance, victory was achieved.

And now you can use him as proof that frequent feeding isn't absolutely necessary to achieve goals.
Great work, both Martin and Andreaz.
Thanks, but I already have plenty of proof for that.
This is proof that frequent feedings aren't needed to
1) achieve *extraordinary* goals
2) that extraordinary results can be obtained without going through the torture and misery inherent of conventional contest prep protocols. As I've mentioned before, my strategy during the final two weeks is different and much less restrictive.
great work, now i have some proof to all the ppl who criticize the I.F Methods.
I hope in the future to see more and bigger bodybuilders do I.F to just shut the mouth of all who follow that religion called, "No sense bodybuilding"
Eat multiple meals per day or your metabolize will slow, or catabolize, etc...
Congrats to both of you.
awesome work bro
Congrats Martin and Andreaz.
This is a big win for debunking the "you MUST eat every 2-3 hrs" dogma that's so entrenched in bodybuilding.

Hell yeah! Well done Martin and Andreaz and keep up the great work!
Congratulations!
This is wonderful news for all proponents of reality-based nutrition.
The judges didn't deduct points for blackface?
Haha, exactly what I was thinking - he seems to have gone a little overboard on the bronzer. But congrats.
Thanks for sharing the link, but unfortunately it seems to be down... Does anybody have a mirror or another source? Please reply to my post if you do!
I would appreciate if a staff member here at www.leangains.com could post it.
Thanks,
Mark
Have you considered the fact that this might work another way? I am wondering if anyone else has come across something
similar in the past? Let me know your thoughts...
Greetings,
Thanks for sharing the link - but unfortunately it seems to be down? Does anybody here at www.leangains.com have a mirror or another source?
Thanks,
