Well deserved! IMO you'd rank on any self respecting Top 3 fitness site list of the web. Congrats and keep up the good work!
Congrats, Martin! That is great news. Well deserved.
That is awesome Martin. I regularly hit your blog up and come away with my mind blown on how to master my cheesecake and meat addictions.
Congrats!
Well done sir.
Congrats Martin!
Grattis, Martin! ;-) :::cough::: I mean... Congrats, man! You've been tireless and consistently awesome in getting your IF & training messages out there. Not sure what I would've done without you!
Congrats martin, just another achievement to chalk up
Don't you work for Body?
Martin, you're way too modest.
Correct translation: "Huge over here, megahuge abroad."
Great work and incredibly well deserved!
Congratulations, this blog definitely deserves to be recognised in this way. The wealth of information here is staggering and needs as much exposure as possible!
congrats Martin!
Nice!
A well deserved honor, Martin.
Congratulations Martin!
Hello Martin, you recommend the use of DHEA during fasting?
Congrats!
congrats. Your hard work is why I ask you this: Whats your take on the whole paleo-nutrition "grains are bad for you" ideals? I'm assuming you dont advocate them, but could you tell me why or why not?
Thanks for your hard work, it is greatly appreciated
Thanks, guys.
Cole,
I'm not against grains. My take is that if something makes you look or feel like shit, don't eat it. Be that grains or whatever other food group. Simple as that.
