New post + deleted e-mails

Edit Post
I've been very busy the last two weeks, which is why I haven't found the time to post. I have an interesting post coming up soon though. Hopefully later this week.
On another note, I invariably end up deleting e-mails/consultation inquiries now and then, as some end up in my spam folder. I usually try to answer every e-mail, however briefly, so if you didn't get a reply then resend it and use "Leangains" as the headline.

You could post the questions in the email on another Q&A
By the way, right know i will train every 3 days, using a 2 full body workouts.
In training days i will eat +20% from maintenance.
In the 3 non training days i will do a PSMF or RFL with non or some cardio
Ill post my results regarding of fat loss without muscle loss or even maybe adding a little but thats improbable but not impossible because i have good genetic to add muscle.
Ill do this until i get to -9% of bodyfat or in a period of a month.
